Geoff Manaugh and I were casual acquaintances, and when I invited me over one summer night to his Inner Sunset apartment in 2006, I met his lovely wife Nicky and we ate garlic pizza and talked about his blog: BLDG BLOG, one of the biggest blogs in the aughts.
